The Firm is representing Apax Partners and ALM Media (“ALM”) in connection with the sale of ALM to Wasserstein & Co. Financial terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2014, subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
