Simpson Thacher represented KKR in connection with the issuance of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2044 by KKR Group Finance Co. III LLC, an indirect finance subsidiary of KKR & Co. L.P. KKR intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
