The Firm is representing a consortium consisting of Mr. He Dang, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Charm Communications Inc., certain of his affiliates and CMC Capital Partners, L.P. (collectively, the “Consortium”) in connection with a proposed going private transaction of Charm Communications Inc. at a price of $4.70 in cash per American Depositary Share. The Consortium intends to finance the proposed transaction with a combination of debt and equity capital.
