Simpson Thacher corporate partner Alan Klein has organized and will Chair the International Bar Association's 13th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference in New York City on June 11 and 12, 2014, which will have over 325 participants from around the world. Corporate partner Mark Pflug will participate on a panel which will address significant developments in the BRICS countries and other high-growth regions.
