Simpson Thacher Corporate Partner Alan Klein was recently quoted in a Law360 article entitled "4 Ways Lawyers Can Ease Post-Merger Integration Troubles." The article outlines techniques for managing the high-stakes challenges of joining operations as a result of a merger. Alan is featured providing insights on the facilitation of communication as an important strategy for post-merger integration. Lawyers have an important role in making sure parties have had a meeting of the minds to clarify who's doing what to who.
