The Firm recently represented Pinnacle Foods Inc. (“Pinnacle Foods”) and the selling stockholders, certain funds affiliated with The Blackstone Group, L.P., in connection with a secondary offering of 17,000,000 shares of common stock of Pinnacle Foods by the selling stockholders for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $437.7 million.
