The Firm represented KKR’s Global Infrastructure Fund in its minority investments in PEG Bandwidth, AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners and AP Towers, each a wireless infrastructure business managed by Associated Partners, L.P. PEG Bandwidth designs, builds and operates ethernet backhaul networks connecting wireless communications towers to the data fiber backbone, AP Wireless Infrastructure Partners acquires interests in cell site ground and rooftop leases in the U.S. and internationally, and AP Towers develops new wireless telecom towers and purchases selected towers currently in operation.
