Corporate partners Richard Capelouto, Jason Glover, Gary Horowitz and Michael Wolitzer were recognized as part of Private Equity Manager’s “The Legal Power 30” inaugural report, which identifies the ten most influential lawyers currently working in the private equity industry in each of three regions (US, UK, rest of world).   Mssrs Capelouto, Horowitz and Wolitzer are all included on the list of top ten U.S. lawyers and Mr. Glover is recognized as one of the top ten U.K. lawyers.

In recognizing the Firm’s partners, Private Equity Manager remarks that Mr. Capelouto is “widely regarded as the leader in his field in California” and that Mr. Glover “has long been recognized as one of the leading lights of big-ticket private equity fund formation work in Europe.” The editors also cite Mr. Horowitz for having “carved out a niche working for PE firms buying assets for their own balance sheets” and they note that Mr. Wolitzer “has remained at the cutting edge of funds work.”

The publication cultivated the list through extensive interviews with leaders at private equity firms, law firms and intermediaries in Europe, Asia and the United States.
