Simpson Thacher Represents KKR in Transaction with Mitchell International

The Firm is representing Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (“KKR” ) in connection with Aurora Capital Group’s exit from its equity position in Mitchell International, Inc. (“Mitchell”) and the transition of ownership to KKR. The transaction was announced on September 5, 2013. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2013. Financial terms were not disclosed.
