In April 2013, the Firm represented Toll Brothers, Inc. and its subsidiaries in connection with Toll Brothers Finance Corp.’s public offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% Senior Notes due 2023. An additional $100 million was issued on May 13, 2013, increasing the total offering to $400 million. Toll Brothers Finance Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc.
