The Firm advised Neutral Tandem, Inc. d/b/a Inteliquent ("Inteliquent"), a telecommunication service provider, in connection with the sale of its global data services business to Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”). The total consideration for this transaction is $54.5 million, which includes $52.5 million in cash and $2.0 million of commercial services that GTT will provide to Inteliquent.
