Simpson Thacher represented Alegeus Technologies, LLC, a market-leading healthcare and benefit payments administrator and an affiliate of Lightyear Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Workable Solutions, LLC. The transaction was announced on April 24, 2013. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Workable’s software platforms provide ready-to-deploy solutions, including plan recommendation and selection assistance tools, automated electronic enrollment, eligibility maintenance and consolidated billing modules.
