On April 5, 2013, John D. Lobrano participated as a panelist at the meeting ABA Business Combinations and Proxy Statements Subcommittee held as part of the ABA Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. The panel discussed best practices and interpretative issues regarding issuer debt tender offers. The panel included representatives of the SEC staff, Goldman Sachs, the Credit Roundtable and attorneys from other prominent law firms.
