Simpson Thacher partners Marni J. Lerner and Jonathan K. Youngwood have been appointed to Law360's 2013 Editorial Advisory Boards in their respective practice areas. Ms. Lerner will serve on the Private Equity Editorial Board and Mr. Youngwood will serve on the Securities Editorial Board. This will be Ms. Lerner’s second consecutive year on the Board. The Boards consist of leading lawyers who are responsible for providing feedback on Law360's private equity and securities coverage, respectively, and to gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.
