Simpson Thacher recently represented Matterhorn Mobile S.A. in connection with its private offering of CHF 180 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2019 and Matterhorn Midco & Cy S.C.A. in connection with its private offering of €155 million aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2020. Both issuers are parent companies of Orange Communications SA, one of the leading mobile telecommunications providers in Switzerland.
