The Firm represented Catalina Marketing Corporation in connection with its acquisition of Modiv Media, Inc., a provider of mobile commerce solutions. Catalina helps manufacturer and retail brands with integrated in-store and online marketing platforms. The acquisition of Modiv Media extends Catalina’s targeted consumer engagement to include shoppers’ smartphones. The terms of the transaction were not announced.
