The Firm represented Deutsche Bank in its capacity as agent in Lee Enterprises’ prepackaged chapter 11 cases.
Deutsche Bank was agent on Lee’s $850 million bank facility which was re-traunched and extended into a first lien and second lien facility pursuant to a prepackaged chapter 11 plan of reorganization. Deutsche Bank also served as the agent on Lee’s debtor in possession financing facility and exit financing facility. Lee publishes 48 daily newspapers, including the St. Louis Post Dispatch, in the Midwest, Mountain West and West regions of the United States.
