Simpson Thacher recently represented ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) in establishing an at-the-market public offering program. Under the program, ITC may issue and sell, from time to time, up to of $250 million of its common stock. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will serve as the sales agent under the program.
ITC invests in the electricity transmission grid to improve electric reliability, improve access to markets and lower the overall cost of delivered energy. ITC is the largest independent electricity transmission company in the country.
