The Firm recently represented Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. in connection with Iconix Brand Group, Inc.’s offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 2.50% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016.
In addition, the Firm represented Barclays Bank PLC, acting through its agent, Barclays Capital Inc., and Goldman, Sachs & Co. in connection with convertible note hedge transactions and warrant transactions relating to shares of common stock of Iconix Brand Group, Inc., entered into concurrently with the note offering.
