The Firm recently represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with CenturyLink Inc.’s entry into a four-year revolving credit agreement in an aggregate amount of up to $1.0 billion initially, with the total capacity of the credit facility increasing to $1.7 billion upon the consummation of CenturyLink’s pending acquisition of Qwest Communications International Inc. CenturyLink’s existing credit facility and the credit facility of its subsidiary, Embarq Corporation, were terminated upon the execution of this new credit facility.
