The Firm represented the underwriters led by Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in connection with the follow-on offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market of American depositary shares of CNinsure Inc. (“CNinsure”), a leading insurance agency and brokerage operating in China.  The offering of 4,600,000 American depositary shares, representing 92,000,000 ordinary shares, raised US$115 million.  The American depositary shares of CNinsure are traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "CISG". 
 
The Firm previously represented the underwriters led by Morgan Stanley in connection with the initial public offering of the American depositary shares CNinsure on November 5, 2007.
