The Firm is representing Silver Lake and Warburg Pincus in their acquisition of Interactive Data Corporation in a transaction valued at $3.4 billion. Interactive Data Corporation is a leading provider of financial market data, analytics and related financial solutions to financial institutions and other investors. Pearson plc, the Company’s 61% stockholder, executed a written consent approving the transaction shortly after the signing of the merger agreement.
