The Firm is advising TPG Capital in its acquisition of American Tire Distributors Holdings, Inc. in a transaction valued at $1.3 billion. American Tire Distributors, which distributes replacement tires to national retailers and local service stations, is the country’s largest independent tire distributor with 83 distribution centers serving 37 states.
