Todd Crider co-chaired a panel entitled "M&A for Companies in Distress - A Case Study" at the BiAnnual International Bar Association Latin American Regional Forum held in Santiago, Chile on March 17-19, 2010. Mr. Crider addressed the issues discussed from a U.S. perspective. At the Regional Forum, Mr. Crider also spoke at a Pro Bono Roundtable co-sponsored by Fundacion Pro Bono from Chile and the Cyrus Vance Center of International Justice.
