Todd Crider, Head of the Firm’s Latin America Practice, has been named the “International Lawyer of the Year” by Latin Lawyer as part of its 2025 Individual Awards, which honor the top lawyers advising on matters in Latin America and their accomplishments over the past year. Todd was recognized for his work advising “big-name clientele” in the private equity space, including Advent, Carlyle, KKR and others, as well as for his prowess advising on “highly relevant cross-border M&A transactions” and “several of Latin America’s landmark IPOs over the years.” Among his recent representations, Latin Lawyer featured his work guiding Vinci Partners in its merger with Compass Group and Tiendas 3B in its initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Latin Lawyer also highlighted Todd’s leadership of the Firm’s Latin America Practice as well as his commitment to pro bono work among the reasons for his selection.
