Simpson Thacher is currently representing Terra Firma Capital Partners in its acquisition of EverPower Wind Holdings, Inc. EverPower is a New York based developer of utility grade wind projects, with early stage development opportunities in the Northeastern, Pacific Northwest, and Mid Atlantic Regions.
