The Firm recently represented the underwriters led by Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as joint book-running managers in connection with a $250 million offering of 9.625% Notes due April 15, 2015 issued by Sunoco, Inc.
Sunoco, Inc., through its subsidiaries, is principally a petroleum refiner and marketer and chemicals manufacturer with interests in logistics and cokemaking.
