Simpson Thacher Represents America's Cup Holder in Proceedings

The Firm today formally made its first appearance in New York Supreme Court on behalf of the America’s Cup holder Société de Genève in legal proceedings relating to the validity of certain challenges for the 33rd America’s Cup. The Firm will represent SNG in both the trial court and in any necessary appellate proceedings. The partners working on the case are Barry Ostrager, Jon Youngwood and George Wang.
