Litigation partner Jonathan Youngwood will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s “Managing Complex Litigation 2006: Legal Strategies and Best Practices in "High-Stakes" Cases”. The program will focus on the most current strategies and tools used to manage complex litigation cases. Mr. Youngwood will be speaking on the “Legal Issues Relating to Getting Cases Consolidated or Coordinated”.
