Morgan Securities Inc. as sole initial purchaser in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $175,000,000 11¼% Senior Notes due 2014 issued in connection with Wellspring Capital Management LLC's acquisition of Dave & Buster's, Inc. The firm also represented J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner of Dave & Buster’s new $160,000,000 senior secured credit facility.
Dave & Buster’s operates large-format, high-volume restaurant/entertainment complexes, which combine dining and entertainment attractions, such as pocket billiards and other games.
