In an opinion dated February 16, 2006, the Circuit Court of Dane County (Madison) Wisconsin dismissed a multi-billion dollar action brought on behalf of a purported class of parents against Heineken and numerous other major alcohol beverage companies attempting to blame alcohol advertising for illegal underage drinking. This decision follows similar dismissals obtained by the Firm in early February in Eisenberg v. Anheuser-Bush et al., Case No. 1:04 CV 1081, 2006 WL 290308 (N.D. Ohio Feb. 2, 2006), and last year in Kreft v. Zima Beverage Co., No. 04CV 1827 (Colo. Dist. Ct. Jefferson County 2005).
