The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio dismissed, with prejudice, a multi-billion dollar class action,
Eisenberg v. Anheuser-Busch et al, brought on behalf of a purported class of parents against our client Heineken and numerous other major alcohol beverage companies attempting to blame alcohol advertising for illegal underage drinking. This decision follows a similar dismissal decision obtained by the Firm in mid-2005 of a similar class action,
