Litigation partner Jack Kerr and associate Janet Whittaker participated in a program on the Dabhol power project at the IBA's Annual Conference in Prague on September 28. The speakers made presentations on the several complex treaty and commercial arbitrations brought in the wake of the breakdown of the Dabhol project and examined the lessons to be gleaned from the litigation for the future both for project finance initiatives and the resolution of project-related disputes.
