Corporate Partners David Azarkh, Andrew Blau, Karen Hsu Kelley, Jean Park, Roxane Reardon and Ben Schaye participated in TechGC’s 2021 Public Company GC Summit on June 15th and 16th, an event which was also co-sponsored by Simpson Thacher. David and Jean co-led a panel titled, “Raising Capital for Public Companies: Options, Considerations, and Trends,” and Karen and Andrew co-led a panel titled, “Executive Compensation: Managing Expectations, Structuring Considerations, and Setting Standards.” Additionally, David, Jean, Roxane and Ben each led small group breakout sessions with general counsels participating in the summit.
