Simpson Thacher Honored as Securities Litigation Firm of the Year

Simpson Thacher’s Securities Litigation Practice received the National Practice Group of the Year award at Euromoney’s Benchmark Litigation 2020 Awards Dinner. This is the third consecutive year the Firm received the Securities Litigation Firm of the Year award.
In addition, the Firm was honored with the Pro Bono Firm of the Year and Impact Case awards. The Firm was shortlisted for both the New York Firm of the Year and Insurance Firm of the Year awards. Litigation Partner Jon Youngwood, recipient of Securities Lawyer of the Year in 2017, was shortlisted again this year for the award. Mary Beth Forshaw was shortlisted again as Insurance Lawyer of the Year, which she won in 2016.
The Benchmark Litigation Awards honor those firms and attorneys that have emerged as leaders in their particular areas of law over the past 12 months.
