Bryce Friedman Inducted into American College of Trial Lawyers and Named Head of Insurance Litigation Practice

Litigation Partner Bryce Friedman was inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers (“ACTL”) at the organization’s spring meeting on March 8. He was also recently named Head of Simpson Thacher’s Insurance Litigation Practice and will remain Co-Head of the Business Litigation Practice.
Founded in 1950, the ACTL is an invitation-only fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers from the United States and Canada and is comprised of litigators who have shown the highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism and collegiality. Membership does not exceed 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province. ACTL is dedicated to improving the standards of trial practice, promoting the administration of justice and protecting the rule of law.
