Simpson Thacher represented Endeavour United Co., Ltd. (“EU”) in connection with the formation of the EU III Series Funds, which closed on July 31, 2023, at their hard cap of ¥53 billion. The EU III Series Funds, which were oversubscribed, are the third Japan buyout fund series served or managed by EU, a leading Japanese private equity firm based in Tokyo.
