STB Inclusion

The Firm’s leadership, including our Executive, Inclusion, and Women’s Committees, implement STB Inclusion, our strategic efforts to:  

1. Attract and recruit the most talented lawyers

2. Develop every lawyer across all demographics and practice areas

3. Remove any barriers to the advancement of our lawyers

4. Foster a community of inclusion where every lawyer can thrive, and

5. Lead the profession to greater inclusion and strengthen collaborations with clients to maximize impact. 

The Inclusion Committee, comprised of global partners, oversees our inclusion programs and engages the entire Simpson Thacher community to be part of and contribute to the Firm’s efforts.

Led by its co-chairs, the Inclusion Committee receives valuable input from the associates and counsel on our Inclusion Advisory Council who actively participate in and contribute to our inclusion efforts. We believe that recruiting, mentoring, and promoting outstanding professionals is a mission of all our attorneys.

Promoting STB Inclusion at all levels of the Firm enhances our ability to meet the needs of our clients and helps us maintain our leadership role in the legal community.
