Evan Zuckerman is a Partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice. He advises investment banks, corporate clients and private equity sponsors in high yield and investment grade debt offerings, IPOs, primary and secondary offerings, acquisition financings, liability management transactions and other types of capital markets transactions. He also has deep market knowledge of covenant terms and disclosure matters, and regularly advises on securities laws, corporate governance and other general corporate finance matters.

He also has deep market knowledge of covenant terms and disclosure matters, and regularly advises on securities laws, corporate governance and other general corporate finance matters. He writes for industry publications such as Lexis Practice Advisor®, including “Risk Factor Drafting for a Registration Statement” and “SEC Comment Letter Responses.”
