  • Coller Capital, together with Hahn & Company, on the then largest GP-led transaction in Asia for Ssangyong
  • Shoreline Equity Partners on multiple transactions and fundraises, including the establishment of Shoreline Equity Partners Fund, its inaugural private equity fund, and the close of its second private equity fund, Shoreline Equity Partners Fund II
  • Bain Capital on multiple transactions and fundraises, including the close of its Global Special Situations Fund and numerous co-investments

Based in the Boston office, he advises fund sponsors on the formation, fundraising and operation of private investment funds across a variety of strategies, ranging from growth and buyout funds to credit, energy, secondary and co-investment funds. Yoni also regularly advises on asset management-related transactions, including structured secondary transactions, recapitalization transactions, management transitions, sponsor restructurings and “spinoffs” of investment teams from larger organizations, among others.
