In addition, she advises asset managers and their investors on co-investment transactions and also provides counsel on fund-level and manager restructurings.

Sacha is at the forefront of the secondaries market and her insights have been featured in a number of industry publications including Private Equity International, Private Equity News and Private Funds CFO, among others.

Sacha has also been a regular speaker for Invest Europe's secondary transactions course. Highly regarded in the secondaries space, Sacha is praised by clients in Chambers UK who say she is “extremely talented, really bright and immensely hard-working”. 

Sacha earned her LPC from BPP Law School in 2008 and received a LLB from University of Bristol in 2007. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
