Chenjing Shen is Counsel of the Firm’s Capital Markets Practice. Based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office, she represents issuers and underwriters in equity and debt securities offerings and advices clients on securities law related issues. She joined Simpson Thacher in 2018, prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the New York office of a well-known international law firm.
Chenjing earned a B.A. from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2010, and a J.D. from University of Texas School of Law in 2013. Chenjing is fluent in English and Mandarin.
