Adrienne Baxley is Counsel in the Firm’s Government and Internal Investigations Practice. She advises on investigations and related litigations involving a wide range of complex white collar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters, as well as corporate governance and compliance matters. She has experience representing clients in investigations conducted by various government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Antitrust Division and Fraud Section of the Department of Justice. Adrienne represents clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including financial services, energy, technology, transportation and healthcare.
