Partners Leah Malone, Karen Hsu Kelley and Charles Mathes and Counsel Emily Holland authored an article titled, “The SEC’s Climate-Related Disclosure Rules: A Scaled Back Milestone,” which was published by Thomson Reuters Westlaw. The article discussed the SEC’s recently finalized rule mandating climate-related disclosures and provided analysis of several significant differences between the final rule and the original proposed version.
