Partners Brian Robbins and Erica Rozow, and Senior Counsel Jeanne Annarumma and George Gerstein authored an article titled, “Simpson Thacher Discusses Final Labor Department Rule on ESG Investing, Proxy Voting,” which was published by Columbia Law School’s Blue Sky Blog.
