Simpson Thacher Corporate Partners Bill Curbow, Atif Azher, Michael Wolitzer and Peter Gilman contributed to the 2015 edition of “Getting The Deal Through:  Market Intelligence – Private Equity.”  Bill, Atif, Michael and Peter co-authored the opening segment titled “Global Trends,” which provides a look at developments in global private equity M&A and private equity markets worldwide. They also were featured in “Private Equity in the United States,” an interview piece regarding current private equity M&A and fundraising activity in the U.S.
