Simpson Thacher Corporate Partners Bill Curbow, Atif Azher, Jason Herman and Michael Wolitzer, and Corporate Associate Peter Gilman contributed to the inaugural publication of “Getting The Deal Through:  Market Intelligence – Private Equity.”  Bill, Atif and Jason co-authored the opening segment titled “Global Trends,” which provides an overview of global private equity M&A and fundraising activity.  Alongside Michael and Peter, they also were featured in “Private Equity in the United States,” an interview piece regarding current private equity M&A and fundraising activity in the U.S.
