Litigation associate Emma Lindsay was a member of the drafting committee for the New York City Bar Association’s recent report on the disputed African territory of Western Sahara. The report, prepared by the City Bar’s United Nations Committee and published earlier this month, examines international law supporting the right to self-determination of the people of Western Sahara and the countervailing right of Morocco to territorial integrity.
