Litigation associate Emma Lindsay was a member of the drafting committee for the New York City Bar Association’s recent report on the disputed African territory of Western Sahara. The report, prepared by the City Bar’s United Nations Committee and published last month, examines the international law issues involved in the use by Morocco of natural resources within the territory of Western Sahara. The report is the result of more than 16 months of research, fact gathering and analysis.
