Amy Candido, Head of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, has been named among the Daily Journal’s “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers” for 2025. Amy was recognized for her work securing “notable victories for clients facing high-stakes litigation,” including in complex trade secret, patent and other IP matters. Asked for her thoughts on the future of IP law, Amy emphasized that trade secret law will be at the forefront of disputes over the protection of AI systems and outputs due to “its flexibility to adapt to these new challenges.”
